🚭HB2288 outlaws smoking in/at/on: Smoking Lounges in Retail Cigar Shops, Bars, Taverns, and Pubs, ALL Public and Private Golf Courses, Any private and public recreational venue including lakes, rivers, docks, trails, etc.
🚭🙅Most public or private “areas” whether indoors or outdoors where people are “permitted.” (An exception is within your private home, on your private patio or private balcony.)
🚔This law requires Business Owners to call law enforcement if a customer refuses to extinguish the tobacco/vape device or leave the premises.
